This animation illustrates my sleep and emotional and physical patterns over roughly 60 days. Five emotional and physical states are given a colour; happy is yellow, sad is blue, angry is red, drunk is green, and illness is black. The music symbolizes how my mind was functioning on each day. It is again separated into five states; clear thinking is full volume, drowsy is three quarters volume, out of it is half volume, drunk is one quarter volume plus one quarter distortion, and an illness is one quarter volume plus full distortion. The amount of sleep i got the night before determines the number of orbs each day produces in each emotional colour.
The purpose of this was to try to find a correlation between my mood and the amount of sleep i had. There was little correlation, though I did find that a drunken night out often leads to an unhappy morning. Surprise, surprise!
